Zero hour ( UPSC Prelims)

News Context

     ○ The period right after Question Hour and the presentation of documents, before any scheduled business begins.
  ● Timing: Commences at approximately 12 noon, hence the name Zero Hour.  
      ○ It is not officially acknowledged in the parliamentary procedure.
  ● Procedure for addressing issues: Members are required to submit notices indicating the topic they intend to discuss.  
        ○ The Speaker determines whether the issue can be brought up.
